Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience driving sales and ensuring business targets are achieved. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute territory-specific sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain a builder database and DSA network to expand business opportunities.
Drive business growth through direct builder engagement and DSA channels.
Regularly review deal pipeline and conversion ratios to optimize sales performance.
Act as the escalation point for key accounts and issues, providing timely resolutions.
Liaise with product, credit, and legal teams to structure viable proposals and conduct regular training for DSAs.

Job
Graduate (Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture).
Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling, channel development, and builder relationship management.
In-depth knowledge of builder funding and LAP products, along with strong leadership and analytical decision-making abilities.
Experience in team handling, channel development, and builder relationship management.
Strong understanding of the housing market and ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
