Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience driving sales and ensuring business targets are achieved. Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a builder database and DSA network to expand business opportunities.
  • Drive business growth through direct builder engagement and DSA channels.
  • Regularly review deal pipeline and conversion ratios to optimize sales performance.
  • Act as the escalation point for key accounts and issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Liaise with product, credit, and legal teams to structure viable proposals and conduct regular training for DSAs.

  • Graduate (Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling, channel development, and builder relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of builder funding and LAP products, along with strong leadership and analytical decision-making abilities.

  • Strong understanding of the housing market and ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
