Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience driving sales and achieving business targets, with a strong background in builder funding and relationship management. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute territory-specific sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain a strong network of builders and DSAs to drive sales growth.
Focus on builder funding up to 15 Cr, leveraging both direct builder engagement and DSA channels.
Regularly review deal pipeline and conversion ratios to optimize sales performance.
Act as the escalation point for key accounts and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with product, credit, and legal teams to structure viable proposals and conduct regular training for DSAs.

Job
Graduate degree in Civil or Architecture, with a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in team handling, channel development, and builder relationship management.
In-depth knowledge of builder funding and LAP products, along with strong leadership and analytical decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of financial services and banking industry trends and practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
