Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the BFSI industry, specifically with Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience managing retail mortgages and a strong background in sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including features and benefits.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
