Relationship Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with end-user clients and trade partners.
• Understand client-specific needs and recommend appropriate electrical product solutions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive activities to maintain market relevance.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure alignment with sales targets.
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate in the creation of marketing campaigns and strategic sales initiatives.
• Report regularly on client interactions, sales progress, and market intelligence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in sales/account management in the industrial electrical sector.
• Strong product and market knowledge with familiarity in electrical standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, target-driven, and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
