Relationship Manager

We are hiring Sales Executives and Relationship Managers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of sales experience in a voice or field-based process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience is mandatory
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Confidence in customer interaction and product pitching
• Target-driven with a customer-first attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to promote products/services
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain customer records and update internal CRM systems
• Foster long-term customer relationships (for RM roles)

Additional Details:

• Work Mode: Office-based (no remote option)
• Working Days: 6 days/week | 1 rotational weekly off
• Shift: General or rotational based on process
• Training will be provided post-selection
