Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in business development, team management, customer relationship management, and channel management.
Roles and Responsibility

Sourcing new customers in the MNC/Large Conglomerate segment to achieve book growth targets.

Maintaining relationships with existing large account customers to ensure portfolio quality and growth.

Managing portfolios and driving book growth for LRD business.

Building and maintaining relationships with residuary companies.

Ensuring 100% standard portfolio quality.

Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Job

Engineering + MBA background or Science/CA/CFA degree.

Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, team management, customer relationship management, and channel management.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing portfolios.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
