Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (Inside Sales) located in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering appropriate financial solutions. Daily tasks include outbound and inbound sales calls, maintaining customer databases, achieving sales targets, and working closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Graduate or Undergraduate
  • Ability to understand financial products and offer suitable solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Convincing Skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
