Relationship Manager-HL/LAP

As a Relationship Manager in the Rural Banking Department, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional client service and ensure customer retention. You will also play a crucial role in boosting product sales and acquiring new clients. Your key roles and responsibilities will include creating sales opportunities for yourself and your team, with a strong focus on lending to new customers and growing the Home loan portfolio. Ensuring high portfolio quality, maintaining exceptional customer service, and adhering to compliance standards will be essential. Embracing and advocating for digital initiatives, as well as mentoring and developing your team, will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be expected to build strong relationships with colleagues in other business verticals to leverage cross-selling opportunities. To qualify for this role, you should have a graduation degree in BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE, or any other relevant discipline.
