Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling affordable housing loans. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably in affordable housing or housing loan sales. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including housing loans and related products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an added advantage.
