Job Description

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in North & South Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG experience, team management skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies
Lead and guide Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers
Drive distributor management and market expansion
Monitor sales performance and analyze KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
Identify new market opportunities

Requirements:

Graduate in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
7-12 years (at least 2-3 years in a similar role)
Strong FMCG experience, especially in channel and team management
Analytical, goal-oriented, and good with data & reports
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools
Willing to travel extensively across the region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
