Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead cattle feed sales operations and manage channel partners in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rural sales, particularly in cattle feed or related agri-inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cattle & poultry feed, AI solutions, and veterinary medicines in Chhattisgarh
• Manage and expand dealer/distributor network and onboard new customers (B2B & B2C)
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections
• Ensure stock availability and smooth supply chain coordination
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
• Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and outreach
• Develop region-specific sales strategies and drive execution
• relevant sales experience in cattle/poultry feed, veterinary, or agri-inputs sector
• Proven experience in dealer management and rural sales
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in cattle feed, veterinary, poultry, or agri-inputs sales
• Proven expertise in dealer/distributor management
• Strong understanding of rural market dynamics
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in Chhattisgarh

Note: Preference would be given to candidates from Chhattisgarh
