Job Description

Regional Head - North

Responsibilities

Specialized in channel sales, business development, key account management, dealer management, team management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, operations management. P& L of monthly , branding , MIS .
Responsible for developing sales & Marketing strategies for channel sales Segment in territory Managing sales targets , collection targets,also responsible for dispatch management. Handling direct team of 10-15 people , including Sales Executive , Asst manager for team Responsible for pricing & follow up of business deals, Develop excellent relationship with customer, Driving team engagement, Increase customer satisfaction, Drive sales through team and identify new market, Monitor collection and routine operation Strategies on scheme , promotion and seek approval for implementation, Develop strategy and long range plan to support sales target, Manage hiring of team & maintaining same for efficient working, Work for career development , planning & performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred

Required Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Channel sales experience.
Team Handling experience.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a leadership role.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations.
