Regional Head of Recruitment - APAC

As the Head of APAC Recruitment at ISS-Stoxx, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition efforts across the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Mumbai, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR teams, and global recruitment counterparts to drive full-cycle hiring strategies and ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment experience across all 6 APAC country locations. In this role, you will oversee a team of 20 recruitment and onboarding professionals in Mumbai and Manila, managing full-cycle recruitment operations and aligning regional practices with global standards. Your strategic thinking, operational excellence, and stakeholder partnership will be crucial in this high-impact leadership position within a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Your primary responsibilities will include leading end-to-end recruitment operations, developing strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals, mentoring recruitment teams for timely delivery, and partnering with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for building talent pipelines, managing recruitment agency relationships, delivering training to enhance recruitment capabilities, and executing employer branding initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, along with a minimum of 15 years of recruitment experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Your proven success in recruiting within Financial Services or IT sectors, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations will be essential. Experience with applicant tracking systems and familiarity with onboarding processes will be advantageous.
