Job Description

You are an ambitious and dynamic individual seeking the position of Regional Head Business Development to spearhead our client's business expansion efforts in the NCR region. With 8-12 years of experience in business development and growth functions, you will excel in establishing and nurturing relationships at the CXO, Investor, and Promoter levels to build a sustainable and profitable ecosystem for long-term success. Your key responsibilities will include leading corporate sales initiatives in the NCR region by targeting key industries and businesses, developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets, and driving sales and lead generation efforts through various channels for regional growth. Additionally, you will identify and capitalize on regional business opportunities, drive market penetration, and brand presence, develop strategic partnerships, and expand alternate sales channels to ensure sustainable growth across the NCR region. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at the CXO and leadership levels, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success will be essential to align business development efforts with customer needs and market trends. You will work closely with the product team to provide valuable customer insights and ensure a seamless handover of leads to the sales and account management teams for effective customer engagement initiatives. Your success in this role will be supported by your strong networking and relationship-building skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of business acumen and growth functions. Your ability to work in a high-pressure, result-driven environment, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly will be crucial in achieving or exceeding set goals. A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, while CA/MBA finance is a plus. Your proven experience in business development, corporate sales, and partnership management, especially in the NCR region, will be instrumental in building and managing sales teams, achieving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for tracking performance and managing customer relationships will further enhance your capabilities for this role.,
