Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    for various roles across departments.
  • Source

    candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other professional networks.
  • Screen resumes

    to match job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews

    by coordinating between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely

    follow-up and feedback

    post-interview.
  • Assist with

    offer letter generation

    , documentation, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and records of candidate interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Freshers

    or candidates with up to

    1 year of experience

    in

    HR or Recruitment

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
