Recruitment Manager: Job Role and Responsibilities Job Role: A Recruitment Manager oversees the hiring process within an organization. They develop effective recruitment strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure the company attracts and hires the best candidates for various positions. Their goal is to build a strong workforce aligned with the company’s needs and culture. Key Responsibilities: 1.
