Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include.
Assisting the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, job postings, and hiring statuses. Posting job openings on internal and external platforms, including the company website, job portals, and social media.
