Position: Recruiting Coordinator. Contract: Contract Role. Provides administrative support to Recruiting Coordinators, Campus Recruiting Teams. Schedules interviews, works with universities in support of campus activities, attraction/sourcing events, etc. Assists all recruiting participants with various administrative tasks. Provides logistics support to all recruiting-related events. Provides transition and support coverage between recruiting coordinators and recruiting consultants. Works with the Recruiting Advisor on various recruiting transactional activities (e.g., candidate reimbursements, invoice handling). Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position. Coordinate recruiting activities among teams, including oversight the MSP on Interview scheduling process. We are recruiting a Recruiting Coordinator to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Bangalore and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Conventional Energy sector. Experience in recruiting and scheduling process. Proficient in MS Office and Administrative skills. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
