Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our team. This on-site role is located in Vizag or Hyderabad, with a requirement to work during the night shift aligned with the Eastern Standard Time (EST). As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout. The ideal candidate for this role should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, be willing to work the night shift in the EST Time Zone, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to commute to the office in Vizag or Hyderabad.
