You are a Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the development and delivery of Insurtech solutions using Appian BPM and advanced automation technologies. Your role involves driving the end-to-end product development lifecycle, architecting scalable solutions, integrating AI-driven automation tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with engineering to define technical specifications, oversee R&D efforts to streamline insurance operations, and coordinate with the QA team to develop testing strategies for product reliability. Monitoring product performance, managing Agile processes, sprints, and product iterations for continuous improvement are also key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in product management or leadership roles within the insurance technology industry. Expertise in Appian BPM, API integration, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure is essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of AI tools, machine learning, and automation technologies, along with excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in policy management, underwriting, claims automation, and compliance within insurance, familiarity with Agile development practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
