Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market demands to improve recruitment strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) model.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
