Recruiter Professional

HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified professionals to help meet our revenue targets and growth goals. This role combines expertise in both recruitment and a strong understanding of sales functions.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables

• Job Requirement Analysis

  : Collaborate with sales leaders and hiring managers to define the skills and experience needed for sales roles.

• Candidate Sourcing

  : Use job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and events to find potential candidates.

• Screening & Interviewing

  : Review resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/in-person), and assess candidates sales abilities and cultural fit.

• Interview Co-ordination

  : Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Assessment & Reference Checks

  : Administer sales-related assessments and conduct reference checks to verify candidate backgrounds.

• Offer Negotiation

  : Assist in negotiating job offers and compensation packages1.

• Onboarding Support

  : Work with HR and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires1.

• Market Research

  : Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices14.

• Database Management

  : Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in business, HR, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for sales roles.
• Familiarity with sales KPIs, industry trends, and assessment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
