Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for identifying and engaging top talent across various roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates’ suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
• Assist in employer branding and job posting activities

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Education: Any graduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Joining: Immediate or as early as possible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
