As a Senior Recruiter or Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Meesho, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, contributing significantly to making Meesho a leading e-commerce platform in India. Your role will involve owning the continuous search for exceptional talent, establishing a robust employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for a specific business unit, developing and executing recruitment strategies, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the organization's brand and supporting stakeholders in making informed recruitment decisions by providing valuable insights. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding and practical experience in recruiting for Non-Tech Business Units like Monetization, Growth, and Category, focusing on assembling high-performing teams for critical strategic and revenue-impacting roles. - Building and managing robust talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs within essential business verticals. - Collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend business priorities, outline staffing needs aligned with organizational objectives, and own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer closure. - Sourcing candidates through various channels, establishing a network of passive talent, and nurturing long-term candidate relationships. - Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, guaranteeing meaningful engagement at every stage. - Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness to drive data-driven decisions. - Contributing to cross-functional talent acquisition programs and process enhancement initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency and quality. - Engaging in employer branding activities, talent mapping exercises, and strategic talent acquisition projects to facilitate organizational growth across business functions. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 3-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, particularly in Non-technology hiring preferably within a startup, e-commerce, or product-oriented environment. - Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employment branding. - Experience in leading recruitment efforts for a business unit or corporate office functions. - Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with leadership teams and stakeholders to achieve deliverables. - Demonstrated capability in executing recruitment strategies and maintaining high standards for candidate experience and interview processes. - A proven track record in candidate sourcing, market intelligence, offer negotiations, and influencing management decisions. - Proficiency in Ms-Excel for data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting. - Familiarity with social media platforms, job boards, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred. - A problem-solving mindset and a high level of ownership in all tasks undertaken.
