As a dynamic and driven Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our growing team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within our organization. Your key responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, utilizing various sourcing methods, developing engaging job descriptions, maintaining the applicant tracking system, conducting HR interviews, supporting hiring managers during the interview process, providing regular recruitment updates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective strategies that fulfill staffing needs and enhance the overall recruitment process. Your ability to effectively source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates will be essential in securing top talent for our organization. Additionally, your experience in international hiring for at least 2 years and proficiency in English will be valuable assets in this role. The position offers full-time, permanent employment with the flexibility of day, rotational, and potentially night shifts. A yearly bonus is also part of the compensation package.
