Job Description

As a Receptionist at the Center, you will be responsible for greeting patients and customers in a courteous manner, providing necessary instructions, and informing staff of patient arrivals. You will also be required to maintain, update, and retrieve patient data in the system according to the practices of the Center. Your duties will include obtaining and entering new patient demographics, reviewing forms for accuracy, and ensuring completion as per Center policies. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to grooming standards, handle billing for patients, and close accounts on a daily basis before leaving. Escorting patients and attendants, collecting feedback forms from patients, and documenting them will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also need to prepare and analyze reports for feedback and other purposes at the end of each month, sending them to the manager. Maintaining appointment timings, scheduling appointments for OPD patients, rescheduling OPD appointments, and sending daily reports to all concerned departments are crucial tasks in this role. You should have excellent communication skills, be friendly, polite, and tactful, and be able to handle diverse customers while building meaningful relationships. Skills required for this role include the ability to cope with multiple projects and deadlines, motivate fellow team members, and energize the work environment. A willingness to build long-term relationships with customers is highly valued. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of total work experience, with 1 year in Microsoft Office and 1 year as a front desk receptionist. The work location is in person.,
