Job Description

Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or office . Answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls . Maintaining a clean and organized reception area . Providing basic information to visitors and clients . Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars . Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers . Performing basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing . Maintaining records and databases . Assisting with travel arrangements . Other Responsibilities: Ordering and managing office supplies . Supporting HR with scheduling interviews or onboarding new hires . Providing general administrative support to staff . Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
