Defence Chanakya Academy, Ghaziabad is hiring a full-time Administrator who can take full charge of academic planning and overall centre management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with teachers and students, handling records, and ensuring the smooth running of the institute. This is a leadership-support role requiring dedication, presence of mind, and the ability to multitask. The administrator will be expected to prepare class timetables, exam schedules, and weekly academic plans. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining student records, tracking attendance, managing fee collection data, organizing internal tests, coordinating with parents when needed, and assisting faculty in planning and logistics. The person should also handle overall discipline, event scheduling, and task follow-ups to ensure smooth academic delivery.
