Job Description

Client Interaction: Greeting visitors, clients, and contractors, providing a positive and helpful first impression.  Communication: Answering and directing phone call, and relaying messages to the appropriate personnel.  Meeting Management: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and potentially arranging refreshments or AV equipment.  Administrative Support: Managing the reception area, ordering office supplies, handling mail and deliveries, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.  Document Management: Organizing and filing documents, both physical and digital, potentially including project-related documents and drawings.  General Support: Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, and potentially assisting with other tasks as required by the firm.  Security: Managing visitor access and ensuring the security of the reception area.  Maintaining a professional image: Presenting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, as they represent the firm to the public.  Providing support to colleagues: Helping other team members with administrative tasks as needed.  Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and shared front-of-house spaces.
