Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receivable Executive in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of receivables, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the receivable process.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond promptly to their inquiries regarding payments or overdue amounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to receivables management.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with banking software and systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
