We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer experienced in designing, deploying, and operationalizing modern AI solutions using Generative AI , Agentic AI frameworks , Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for intelligent multi-agent orchestration. In this role, you’ll build context-aware AI agents capable of dynamic memory management, tool-based reasoning, multi-modal interaction, and consistent state maintenance across distributed AI ecosystems. You’ll work at the forefront of autonomous AI system design integrating multi-model workflows, RAG pipelines, tool-augmented agents, and persistent context protocols. Lead AI agent orchestration initiatives using frameworks like LangChain , Semantic Kernel , CrewAI , or AutoGen , with MCP integration for context tracing and governance. Stay ahead of emerging trends in multi-agent LLM ecosystems , autonomous reasoning frameworks , and context-aware AI protocol standards like MCP. Required Experience: 3+ years of AI engineering experience, with direct expertise in: Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Mistral) Agentic AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system design and deployment Model Context Protocol (MCP) or structured context management solutions in multi-agent, multi-tool AI workflows Strong software engineering skills in Python , including AI/ML libraries like PyTorch , TensorFlow , Transformers , and RAG toolkits. The opportunity We’re looking for candidates with good exposure and work experience in accounting and assurance concepts. The incumbent gets an excellent opportunity to work virtually or directly with the engagement teams across Americas and Europe and develop knowledge of international accounting and assurance principles. Your Key Responsibilities Be responsible for delivering highest quality deliverables on assurance related tasks which comply to EY Global methodology. Demonstrate basic understanding of an industry or sector and be aware of technical issues or assurance risks. Interact with the global engagement team on a regular basis and develop productive working relationship with them. Contribute ideas for improvement by comparing efficiency of review procedures performed across different clients. Contributes to a positive team environment by demonstrating consistent commitment and optimism towards work challenges. Promote EY’s ethical and professional standards, including data confidentiality. Achieve participation on calls with EY Onshore teams. Develop knowledge of use of EY technology and tools to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery. To qualify for the role, you must have B.Com Graduates with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and assurance concepts. ACCA / CPA fresher Ideally, you’ll also have Proficiency in MS – Excel, MS – Office. Interest in business and commerciality.
