* Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
* Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property showings.
* Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
* Keep updated on market trends, property values, and competitors' offerings.
* Prepare and maintain reports on sales activity and pipeline.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, Lead a team to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
* 3 Months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate, Loan, Credit Card, Insurance.
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
