Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in the buying, selling, or leasing of properties. Conduct market analysis to evaluate property values and trends. Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants. Prepare and present offers and counteroffers, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Ensure all transactions comply with applicable legal requirements and company standards. Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale. Collaborate with colleagues, developers, and other industry professionals. Requirements:Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of local property market and industry trends. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
