✅ Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, show properties, and close deals in residential and commercial segments. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, market awareness, and the ability to guide clients through property transactions with confidence and clarity. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Identify and follow up on property inquiries through calls, leads, and field visits. Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options. Coordinate property showings, negotiations, documentation, and closures. Build and maintain relationships with buyers, property owners, and builders. Stay updated on market rates, new launches, and local regulations. Maintain CRM entries and provide regular follow-ups with leads. ✅ Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or direct field sales (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset. Good understanding of the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR property market (or willingness to learn fast). Presentable personality with client-handling ability. Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid license preferred. Basic knowledge of digital tools like WhatsApp, Google Maps, and CRM apps.
