Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing detailed information about properties, facilitating property viewings, and liaising between clients and internal teams. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations to clients, handling negotiations, and ensuring the smooth processing of transactions.

• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Ability to handle real estate transactions and property management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of real estate market trends in Bengaluru is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
