Real Estate Business Development Executive

Amaya Landbase is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our high-performing real estate team in Sector 74A, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving property sales in both residential and commercial segments.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting top real estate projects, and supporting customers through the entire sales process—from lead generation to site visits and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Conduct property site visits and provide in-depth project knowledge.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate or sales (Only Experience Candidate ).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is a plus
