Job Title: Real Estate Executive – Residential & Commercial

• Generate and manage leads for buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
• Conduct site visits and guide clients through available listings.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory.
• Source retail, office, and warehousing opportunities.
• Build partnerships with landlords, developers, and corporates.
• Manage listings, client site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Provide data-backed insights and proposals to clients.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate (residential, commercial, or both).
• Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a passion for real estate and client success.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
