React Full stack Developer

You are a highly skilled React Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. You will be joining our on-site team in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Your main responsibility will be to build scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and modern cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dynamic user interfaces and robust backend services, while also driving the architecture and delivery of innovative digital products. Your key responsibilities will include developing responsive and reusable UI components using React.js, designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, working with databases like MongoDB for data modeling and integration, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers, optimizing application performance, handling code versioning and deployment via CI/CD pipelines, managing application hosting on cloud platforms, conducting unit testing, debugging, and maintenance of both frontend and backend code, mentoring junior developers, and staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices. You should be proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, have experience with Redux or similar state management libraries, strong backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js, familiarity with MongoDB or equivalent databases, understanding of RESTful API principles, familiarity with authentication and authorization techniques, experience with Docker and container-based development, comfortable working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and experience managing cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong problem-solving and debugging abilities, effective communication and collaboration skills, self-driven with leadership capabilities and mentoring experience, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. A minimum of 5 years of relevant full-stack development experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field are required. Preferred or bonus skills include knowledge of server-side events, WebSockets, or real-time data streaming, familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible, and experience in working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
