Razorpay - Product Design Manager

You will be leading a team of talented multidisciplinary designers at one of the fastest-growing tech startups in the nation, with the aim of transforming it into the best design team in the industry. Your responsibilities will include managing the team, overseeing various design projects, and ensuring that the output aligns with business goals, meets deadlines, and maintains a high quality standard. Together with design leads, you will shape the product direction, drive design-led projects, and contribute to the development of design systems. As a design leader, you will mentor, guide, and lead the team members, facilitating their growth by enhancing their skills, defining career paths, and enabling them to excel in their roles. You will play a key role in setting high-quality standards, guiding product teams to deliver at that level without compromising on velocity. Additionally, you will drive the improvement of design processes by implementing best practices, incorporating user feedback and data into decision-making, and establishing frameworks and guidelines for efficient delivery. Your role will involve conducting design reviews, facilitating design sprints and workshops, prioritizing research and design enhancements, and sharing engineering principles to provide a holistic viewpoint.
