Quantity Surveyor:
We are looking for Quantity Surveyor with 2- 6 years’ experience.
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineeering or related fields. Practical experience through internships or prior QS roles.
Skills and Expertise - Proficiency in cost management software (eg : Costx, PlanSwift, AutoCAD or Primavera).
Strong knowledge of construction, methodologies, contracts, Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, Attention to details and ability to work under pressure.
Key responsibilities
1. Cost estimates and Budgeting
2. Project cost control
3. Procurement - Advising on procurement strategies and sourcing materials and services. Ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards are met
4. Risk and Cost Management
5. Material evaluation & Suggesting Alternatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
