Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Specialist for our Mumbai location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the quality of school uniforms and ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols. Candidates must possess strong skills in quality checks and assurance.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of professional experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance, particularly related to school uniforms (Mandatory skill).
• Strong capabilities in conducting quality checks to maintain high standards (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding of cloth quality as it pertains to school uniforms and educational attire.
• Experience in process improvement strategies to continually enhance product quality.
• Ability to work as a quality analyst and troubleshoot complex quality issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail to identify defects and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quality checks on school uniforms to ensure compliance with the organization's standards.
• Work closely with suppliers to maintain and improve quality and resolve any quality-related issues.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols and develop standard procedures for quality checks.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure the seamless flow of quality products.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and present insights to management for decision-making.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends and incorporate innovative quality practices within the company.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to build a robust quality culture.
