Role

We are looking for an

Agile-driven Quality Specialist

to ensure the delivery of high-quality automation while facilitating Agile processes and team collaboration

The candidate will combine a strong foundation in

quality assurance (QA) practices

with proven capabilities in

Agile/Scrum methodologies

, ensuring both product quality and process efficiency across multiple teams.

What you ll do

Identify opportunities for test automations, tooling, and processes for better quality management to ensure the delivered features fit product requirements.
Work with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure testable requirements.
Advocate for continuous improvement in QA practices and automation frameworks.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
Track team progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira)
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Define quality measures on team level to ensure that quality goals and all related KPIs are met.
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using
Power Automate
Analyse business processes and recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, testing methodologies, and industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.

What you bring

A bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
Experience working with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
Good level of experience in software quality management with solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, and regression testing.
Experience in process analysis, workflow design, and automation deployment.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps).
Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and be a team player.
