You will play a vital part in expanding our quality audits and strengthening compliance efforts across the organization. As a Trainee in the Quality & Process Compliance team at VMax Wellness, your key responsibilities will include assisting in conducting quality audits and reviews of processes and procedures, supporting the identification of process inefficiencies and areas for improvement, documenting and updating process flows, guidelines, and compliance standards, collecting and analyzing data to assess compliance levels and identify trends, contributing to the preparation of reports on quality metrics and compliance status, collaborating with various teams to ensure process adherence and quality deliverables, and participating in training sessions to develop expertise in quality management systems and compliance frameworks. The key requirements for this role include strong analytical and logical skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, basic computer proficiency (especially in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel), and a fitness knowledge or interest would be beneficial due to the nature of some of our compliance areas.
