1. Basic reading, writing
2. Knowledge of food manufacturing operations
3. Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and food sanitation practices.
4. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP Principles,
ISO 9000, FSSC 22000 & other regulations
5. Ability to design and conduct Quality and Food Safety Audits.
6. Ability to apply sound technical principles to root cause analyses, problem- solving and project management.
7. Familiarity with product regulations, food safety, product labelling and nutrition science including FSSAI.
8. Must possess the ability to coordinate and plan strategically.
