Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure quality management system compliance with ISO standards, IATF requirements, and customer expectations. Develop and implement effective supplier quality management processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues related to product design, production planning, and supply chain management. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., APQP reports) to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile 7-10 years of experience in Quality Management or a related field within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles, including auditing techniques and statistical analysis methods. Proficiency in using tools such as PPAP documentation software (e.g., SAP). Ability to analyze complex problems using logical thinking skills.
