We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Safety Consultant/Engineer to join our dynamic team working on complex and challenging projects across the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead and conduct various process safety studies for greenfield and brownfield projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharma & etc sectors. Lead and develop Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) for greenfield and brownfield projects. SIL Classification & Verification using exSILentia software PSM implementation. PSM systems in line with international standards (e.g., OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119, CCPS Guidelines, API RP 754). Conduct gap assessments to identify deviations from regulatory and corporate process safety requirements. Fire, Explosion & Toxic Release Consequence Analysis 3D Fire & Gas Mapping Studies using Detect3D software Occupied Building Risk Assessment (OBRA) Emergency Response Planning (ERP) Hazardous Area Classification (HAC) Develop and validate models using DNV PHAST, DNV SAFETI, Detect3D, and other industry-standard tools. Experience in conducting PSCI Audit -Pharma Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI) Prepare high-quality technical reports with practical, cost-effective safety recommendations. Provide client-facing support, including presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement. Support and mentor junior staff and build internal capabilities in risk assessment, fire & gas mapping, and SIL verification. Ensure compliance with applicable standards: IEC 61882, IEC 61508/61511, API, NFPA, OISD, PESO, PNGRB, etc. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor s or master s degree in chemical engineering, Process Safety, or a related discipline. Minimum 10+ years of experience in Process Safety and Risk Assessment. Proven expertise in: QRA tools: DNV PHAST, SAFETI 3D F&G Mapping: Detect3D Strong knowledge of relevant international standards and regulatory guidelines. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel based on project or client needs.

Job Overview DEKRA is now looking for competent and qualified Quality Manager to work in Mid senior level for our Product testing business in Pune. Please note that experience of Quality management system in service sector is a must. Responsibilities: Ensuring the implementation of the quality management system in accordance with Global policies, following ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Monitoring the implementation of the Product testing quality management system per ISO/IEC 17025. Planning and executing an effective internal audit program. To ensure there are procedures to control all documents and information that forms quality documentation in line with global QMS. To plan and conduct MRM`s as per the QMS. Ensure compliance with laboratory accreditation, regulatory standards and management policies by providing leadership and guidance to staff to ensure that quality policies, processes and procedures are established, current and adhered to by all laboratory staff. Working knowledge of accreditation standards, practices and guidelines sufficient to advise and guide laboratory managers and supervisors as they implement and maintain accreditation. Working knowledge of computer and analytical software programs sufficient for evaluation of electronic data, data interpretation, and report development. Overseeing or Local accreditation activities. Providing quality system training to staff. Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. Awareness of OHSAS 45000 is added advantage for laboratory process. Also ensure Quality & process safety inline with global policies & procedures. Hands on experience in BIS, CBTL & TEC certification process. Experience: 10-15 years of direct experience with quality systems such as ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065 and/or ISO/IEC 17020 Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Clear communication abilities with colleagues, accreditation bodies, and customers. Objectivity regarding compliance and a drive for continual improvement in the certification bodys effectiveness. Completion of a minimum 4-day internal auditor training course or equivalent auditing experience. Technical experience in testing, inspection, or certification is advantageous. Location: - Pune Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Electrical and Electronics Field. Having technical background on Product testing is added advantage. Salary: Negotiable.
