Job Position: Quality Engineer

Job Location Plant Office: Kultana Islamiya Road, V.P.O: Islamia, 11B The. Sampla (HR), Distt.: Rohtak – 124501. Near Dharam Kanta in BERI ROAD.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Material Inspection and Testing

· Construction Process Monitoring:

· Quality Assurance of Raw Materials:

· Verification of Material Properties and Specifications

· Supervising the construction process to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and building codes.

· Final Inspection and Quality Assurance: Once the PEB components are fabricated, a final inspection is conducted to verify their conformity to design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This includes comprehensive checks of dimensions, weld quality, surface finishes, and documentation.

· Defect Identification and Rectification

· Process Improvement

Manufacturing Process Control

1. Welding and Fabrication Standards

2. Adherence to Design and Engineering Specifications

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

1. Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

2. Visual Inspection

3. Radiographic Testing (RT)

4. Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)

5. Knowledge of UT MACHINE

Quality Control Procedures and Techniques

1. Incoming Inspection

2. In-process Inspection and Testing

3. Final Inspection and Quality Assurance: Once the PEB components are fabricated, a final inspection is conducted to verify their conformity to design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This includes comprehensive checks of dimensions, weld quality, surface finishes, and documentation. Quality assurance measures are also implemented to ensure the consistency and reliability of the final product.
