Quality Engineer ( MACHINE manufacturer )

• Developing and Implementing Quality Control Plans:Creating and overseeing the implementation of quality control procedures and standards for the manufacturing of machines.
• Inspecting and Testing:Conducting thorough inspections and tests of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and reporting on quality performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis:Investigating the root cause of quality issues and collaborating with other teams to implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Auditing:Conducting audits of manufacturing processes and quality control systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Documentation:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Collaboration:Working closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
