Job Title Quality Control -Officer Location - Dhayari, Pune, Maharashtra Qualifications - M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology0 Experience - 1 to 3 years relevant exp. Pref Industry - Bio Pesticide / Fertilizers/ FMCG / Pharmaceutical Key Skills - Product Testing Sterility Testing Microbiology Biotechnology Swab testing Good communication Skills Good Knowledge of Lab equipment Documentation Skills Time management Responsibilities- 1. Microbiological testing of Bacterial and Fungal fermentation 2. Testing of pre-inoculum, inoculum 3. Ensure media Sterility Before & after sterilization. 4. Checking sterility of formulation media 5. Swab testing 6. Sterility testing of Packaging material 7. Growth performance test of raw material. 8. Purity checking & culture quality confirmation of harvesting samples of Flask batch fermentation and fermentation batches 9. Compare and analysis each sample with standard batches and monitor whether the batches run as per standard 10. Environmental monitoring of Fermentation area, Filling area 11. Maintaining Fermentation record of Bacterial and Fungal flask batches and fermenter batches.
