Quality Control Engineer(Civil Construction)

Job Description We are looking for young & dynamic QC Engineer for our constuction project, · Verifying the implementation and operation of the quality assurance and control systems, by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities on head office and site offices. · Verifying that the company quality policy, is fully understood, implemented, operated and maintained. · Ensure implementation and continuous improvement in overall Quality Systems. · Ensure that all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements are complied with. · Review, update and control, the distribution of the Quality Management Procedure, Quality Manual and related procedures for Infrastructure, MEP, Civil and other subcontractors and divisions · Generate project specific quality plans for Civil projects. · Ensuring adequate training / awareness of company personnel for Quality systems. · Prepare where necessary, statistical data which will show quality trends for management review meeting. · Ensure Customer Satisfactions are monitored / measured and improvement / corrective actions taken for weak areas. · Ensure that all non-conformance issues, are promptly investigated, corrective and preventive actions are proposed / implemented and are quickly closed out. · Ensure that the contractual quality requirements of a project are fully communicated to all key personnel, so that their roles in fulfilling these requirements are fully understood · Control all achieves documentation upon the completion of the project. · Ensure that all subcontractors' quality systems and plans are acceptable to the company as applicable to the "Project Contract". · Ensure that Subcontractor's / Supplier's quality systems are implemented and effective. · Ensure that the calibration of all inspection, measurement and test equipment is conducted according to the defined schedule. · Conduct reviews of the approved suppliers and subcontractor's list. · Liaise with the Clients quality representative, to ensure that all potential and actual quality issues are fully resolved. · Centering & barbending checking before concrete at each site. · To ensure checklist-follow up in each stage of work. · Willing to travel minimum 3 to 4 sites a day. Education Qualification: BE Civil or Diploma Civil only.
